Taught to bake at a young age by my Mum and her collection of Mary Berry and Bero recipe books, I will always say I'm a baker at heart and a cake decorator by chance.
With a firm understanding of how to bake a delicious cake (cake-science, yay!) I can assure you that not only will your guests compliment the look of the cake, they will rave about the taste!
My Lemon Cake is a firm favourite and classics like Victoria Sponge are always crowd pleasers.
For the more adventurous Pistachio, Rose and Blackberry is delightful as is my twist on Carrot Cake with Lime and Ginger!
Playful flavours like S'more and Snickers are fun and tasty - I can make most favourite sweets and desserts in cake form (Bakewell Tart anyone?) and these can add an extra personal touch to your cake.
